Attorneys Pelham and Keup successfully argue before the North Dakota Supreme Court

November 17, 2020

Pearce Durick PLLC’s Zachary Pelham and Ben Keup successfully argued before the North Dakota Supreme Court, which held in favor of their client.  The North Dakota Supreme Court reversed a lower court and held that the legal doctrine of “res judicata” was inapplicable to the mineral interest case—as argued by Pelham and Keup.  The matter now returns to the lower court for a determination on the substantive question of whether a royalty interest should be quieted in favor of Pelham and Keup’s client.

Pelham and Keup’s practice includes an emphasis in representing clients in oil and gas matters.
