Zack joined the firm as an Associate in 2007. Before joining the firm, he was a North Dakota assistant attorney general in the civil litigation division. He carries this emphasis on litigation to the firm, focusing on insurance defense, product liability defense, employment and labor law, and general litigation. Zack is a firm believer that a good listener is best able to chart a sound litigation strategy from the beginning and continue it until the end. His goal is to carry on precise, reasoned, and logical representation of clients at all levels of litigation.
