Larry is a litigation specialist practicing primarily in the areas of product liability defense, insurance defense and commercial litigation. Larry believes that the keys to success in litigation are the studious analysis of the legal issues and the assiduous development of the facts. This approach has helped him successfully defend manufacturers in cases involving automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles, consumer products, medical devices, agricultural and industrial equipment, and agricultural chemicals. He has represented manufacturers in cases in North and South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Wyoming, and other Midwestern and Western states.
