Intellectual Property
Pearce and Durick’s Intellectual Property Group represents clients’ intellectual property interests including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and license agreements. Intellectual property is a collection of rights created to protect ideas, inventions, trade names, musical and artistic works, electronic information, literary compositions and other related proprietary assets.
The members of the firm in the intellectual property field work with clients to identify, negotiate, prepare and manage clients' intellectual property matters. This assistance comes in the form of counseling clients and litigating on behalf as they develop and implement business and legal strategies for obtaining and protecting their intellectual property.
