Over the past 25 years, Tim has successfully tried dozens upon dozens of jury trials throughout North Dakota and the Midwest. A majority of his practice focuses on product liability defense however he has tried cases involving general negligence, medical malpractice, defamation, breach of contract, insurance coverage, employment discrimination, and insurance fraud. Tim attributes his trial success at his ability to effectively communicate the intricate facets of his cases to jurors in a way that they can understand and appreciate.
